Eligibility
Candidates must posses an unrestricted registered nursing license
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or another relevant field
Candidates must have acquired at least 3 years of clinical experience in direct patient and wound care
Format
The CWCA is administered as a computer based exam
It is made up of 150 multiple choice questions
The exam is timed for 3 hours
Exams are conducted at PSI/LaserGrade testing centers across the country

The CWCA exam is conducted twice a year during February and August
