There is still a shortage of nurses and doctors in many areas, and the same is true for lab technicians, nursing assistants, and others who do similar jobs. People who work in the front office also have some problems with staff retention because the medical field is growing but people still seem reluctant to train for it. There are just more people needed than there are people available, and that’s very worrisome for those who work in the medical field and for those who need the care of these trained professionals.
